HATE-FILLED SCRIBBLES IN CAR

-

MASOOD called his murderous attack an “exciting opportunity” in notes found on a UK road atlas in his car.

Scrawled around it he wrote “previous examples” followed by “this life right time” and “all outcomes are good so go ahead”. He drew a line to the word “sheikh”. In an apparent reference to the car he rented for the attack, he wrote “drive mode=sport mode” followed by “between seats” and “lock doors”.

His scrawlings ended with the note “hatred motivation”.

The inquest was shown one of Masood’s CVs. It says he is also known as Adrian Elms.

His professional profile starts with him saying he converted from Christianity to Islam in 2003.

A picture of the knife the killer bought was also shown to the court.
