Sub Leigh steals win

SUPERSUB Leigh Griffiths ended Celtic’s four-year wait for group-stage success with a last-gasp goal.

Dedryk Boyata nodded Scott Brown’s pass into the path of the striker to head a dramatic winner against Norwegians Rosenborg three minutes from time.

The Bhoys should have scored four minutes before the break, but keeper Andre Hansen saved Tom Rogic’s low drive and pushed Odsonne Edouard’s follow-up effort on to the outside of the near post.

Celtic sub Scott Sinclair drove wide on 62 minutes, before fellow replacement Mikey Johnston fired over.
