A MILLIONAIRE is fighting a High Court order to tear down the £200,000 cinema and bowling alley he built in his back garden.

Graham Wildin, 66, built the two-storey 10,000sq ft block, with one floor underground, in the Forest of Dean, Glos, without planning permission.
