KING FISHER SHOOTS 59
OLIVER FISHER shot the first 59 in European Tour history – but still only shares the lead at the Portugal Masters.
After starting the second round in danger of missing the cut after a level-par 71, the world No.287 (left) carded 10 birdies and an eagle to go 12 under in Vilamoura. The Londoner, who joined Lucas Herbert and Eddie Pepperell at the top of the leaderboard, narrowly missed a 40-foot birdie putt on 18 for a 58.
