A DRIVER whose Reliant Robin was parked legally returned from holiday to find it on double yellow lines and with four tickets.
Martin Dodridge said his motor was moved without permission during his two-week break. He discovered it up the road on newly painted lines.
The welder, 51, from Penryn, Cornwall, said: “It looks as if they dragged the car or literally lifted it up.
“I’m shocked but there’s a kind of funny side to it.”
Cornwall Council has not commented.
