Evil Kim Tate in ‘explosive’ Dales return
CLAIRE King is returning to Emmerdale as evil Kim Tate after nearly 20 years away from the ITV soap.
Kim was last seen escaping on a helicopter in 1999 after trying to kill her stepson, ending a 10-year reign in which she faked her own death and stood by as her husband died.
Now she is back for a cameo appearance and expected to seek revenge.
King, 55, said: “I’m thrilled to be back, once again wreaking havoc in the Dales. It has literally been a blast!”
Producer Kate Brooks said: “Kim’s explosive return shakes the very foundations of the village as she swaggers back, leaving a devastating trail of destruction in her wake.
“We are delighted to welcome Claire back.”
