IT’S three days since Mo Salah’s strike from December’s Merseyside derby won FIFA’s Goal of the Year and not a peep from Sam Allardyce.

Surely he must be itching to point out that that goal was the only one Liverpool scored against Everton last season due to his ability to “nullify” their attacking threat.
