Falcons look to draw sting out of Wasps
NEWCASTLE are seeking a first league victory over Wasps in six years tonight at Kingston Park.
Wasps – seven places above Newcastle in the Premiership – boast a 10-game unbeaten league record against the Falcons.
“Wasps are a side we’ve struggled to beat – a little bit like Worcester were before we put that to bed two weeks ago,” said Newcastle rugby director Dean Richards.
“We’re working to come away with the spoils – but they are a good side.”
