Car kills two Brits on day trip from ship
LUXURIOUS The Boudicca TWO British cruise ship passengers died after being hit by a car on an outing.
The women were reportedly stepping off a coach to visit a market.
A British man who was badly hurt is said to be stable in hospital after the accident in Salalah, Oman, on Thursday morning.
The three were on board the Fred Olsen cruise liner Boudicca, which was sailing from Aqaba in Jordan to Abu Dhabi.
The cruise firm said: “Investigations are ongoing. The families have been informed and arrangements are being made to reunite them with their loved ones.”
The women, not yet named, were on the 14-night “Authentic Arabia” cruise, which left Jordan on September 20.
