Rowling’s TV detectives to Strike again

RETURN Ellacott and Strike JK ROWLING’S gritty BBC crime drama Strike will return following the release of the latest novel in the series, Lethal White.

Tom Burke and Holliday Grainger reprise their roles as private investigator Cormoran Strike and his assistant Robin Ellacott.

The four-part TV series is based on the fourth book from the Harry Potter author’s Strike series, written under the pseudonym Robert Galbraith.

The bestseller, published last month, tells of a young man who asks Strike to investigate a crime he thinks he saw as a child.

Boss of BBC drama Piers Wenger said he was “delighted” it was returning after JK Rowling “delivered another brilliant, knotty and original crime story”.
