Ipswich v Boro 7.45pm

RYAN SHOTTON wants Middlesbrough defenders to help out with more goals.

Tony Pulis’s men have only netted 12 times this season but a mean defence, leaking just four goals, has helped them to third spot.

Burly right-back Shotton (left) feels Boro should be getting more goals from set pieces. He said: “We need to be killing teams off. We have to take advantage of our big centre-halves.

“We should be scoring and getting plenty of chances to score each week from set plays, and we haven’t done enough of that.”
