So we have our own mini-department stores, although they are not physical stores.” Perhaps Alana had an opinion on business rates, one of the bugbears of small firms? The Apprentice is about to offer her views when Lord Sugar cuts her off before she has said two words. “She wouldn’t know about that,” he says.
