KING-SIZE LOS FOR McQUEE
Losses at top designer fashion firm Alexander McQueen more than doubled last year. Bosses blamed investment in a new London store for ending 2017 £4.8million in the red, up from a £2.1m loss in 2016. Sales rose to £10.9m. The brand, which counts the Duchess of Cambridge among its fans, has been owned by French fashion house Kering since McQueen’s death in 2010.
