Booze ‘aid to heart health’
ALCOHOL on prescription could help people with a family history of heart disease, scientists said.

Experts at Washington University said the benefit may outweigh the overall risk of dying early, which was increased by 20%.
Prof Sarah Hartz said: “If you tailor medical recommendations to an individual, occasional drinking could be helpful.”
