Delhi belly pill ‘cancer hope’

A PILL used for more than 50 years on “Delhi belly” could cure skin cancer.

A British team found the antibiotic nifuroxazide can kill tough melanomas that survive other treatments.

But Dr Liz Patton, of the University of Edinburgh, said: “We still need to ensure it’s safe.”
