Shadow of the Tomb Raider has much to offer both longtime Lara fans and newcomers alike.

In the game you play the archaeologist in the final instalment of Ms Croft’s latest reboot.

Lara faces a race against time to thwart the moustache-twirlingly evil organisation Trinity as she hunts down an artefact in South America that could bring about the Mayan Apocalypse. In this series Croft is played by Camilla Luddington

through voice acting and motion capture. She breathes new life into a character now capable of expressing remorse for her actions. Shadow of the Tomb Raider is an excellent entry into the long-running franchise. Old-school fans may prefer the more open layout of its older level-based design, but by creating an entire world to play around in with lots of hidden secrets, it really brings out a willingness to explore every nook and cranny to find them.
