Lesbian head escapes sex offender list
‘SEXUAL’ Rhian De Souza A WOMAN headteacher who had indecent pictures of her schoolgirl lover has escaped being put on the sex offenders’ register.
Rhian De Souza, 43, was in a “sexual relationship” with the girl who sent her explicit photos.
De Souza pleaded guilty to making two illegal sexual images of the girl and was ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register for five years in September.
But a judge at Swansea crown court has now lifted the order because the girl was over 16.
The girl was not a pupil of any school connected to De Souza, who faces a lifetime ban from teaching.
De Souza, of Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, was given a two-year community order and a sexual harm prevention order.
