The funky Juncker
JEAN-Claude Juncker dances at the podium for a speech in Brussels – apparently mocking Theresa May’s Dancing Queen turn at the Tory conference.
But the European Commission President’s spokesman called his moves “an improvisation on the moment” and insisted Mr Juncker had “great respect” for the PM.
He then refused to give his speech in English, preferring his native Luxembourgish, used by fewer than half a million people.
