Disgracebook rips us all off
Another week another global superbrand taking the rest of us (their customers, that is) for mugs. It emerges Facebook paid just £7.4million in corporation tax last year – on a global revenue of more than £30billion.
So as a result, bricks and mortar businesses are left to pick up the bill for our schools, policing, health service and old people’s services.
It is utterly laughable that Facebook regards itself as a community – it is nothing but a wrecking ball to our communities.
