‘Dirtymoney’ wife named

A BANKER’S wife who spent £16million in Harrods has been named as the first target of an unexplained wealth order.

Zamira Hajiyeva bought an £11.5million home in West London, the National Crime Agency also found.

The 55-year-old, whose husband is in jail for fraud in Azerbaijan, must prove she got funds legitimately after the High Court last week upheld the order.

The NCA said: “This shows we are right to ask probing questions.”
