vKO 7.45pm ASTON VILLA boss Dean Smith says his players have embraced his plea for them to take more responsibility.
He was pleased by their reaction following defeat at QPR last week and welcomed issues players raised. As they prepare to take on Bolton at Villa Park tonight, Smith (left) said: “We did a debrief on Monday and spoke about some things we can do better. We also spoke about the positives.
“The players are really receptive. Some of the points they brought forward were really good.”
Meanwhile, Bolton defender Andy Taylor says boss Phil Parkinson should have more time after losing four and drawing one, saying: “I hope nothing silly goes on behind the scenes.”
