CHOLESTEROL-busting drugs statins can also prevent breast cancer spreading, says research.

Experiments in human cells and mice found statins prevent tumours reaching the lungs and liver, preventing death.

The findings were based on research by the Cancer Institute at Pittsburgh University in the US.

Dr Kotryna Temcinaite, of Breast Cancer Now, said: “Statins could be a really valuable addition to breast cancer treatment.” Pal Ant HOLLY WILLOUGHBY ON HER I’M A CELEBRITY PRESENTING ROLE Dec and wife Ali pushing baby Isla HOLLY Willoughby has touched down for I’m A Celebrity – and urged pal Ant McPartlin to “look after himself” so he can return next year.

Holly, 37, is in Australia to present the ITV show alongside Declan Donnelly, 43, while Ant recovers from drink and prescription drug addiction issues.

She looked relaxed standing on Dec’s left as she posed for their first official photo. It is the same spot Ant usually takes, and she is also taller than Dec.

After flying in from London, Holly said she was “really excited” about getting started and that pal Ant, 42, was “absolutely fine” about her replacing him.

She told You magazine: “He just needs to look after himself – that’s the most important thing. He knows I’ll look after the show and keep it warm for him. I know next year I won’t be in the jungle.”

Holly, who has known Ant and Dec for decades through working for ITV, admitted to getting scared on her flight to the Gold Coast when a fellow passenger said it was spider season.

She said she would be “useless” as a contestant.

She said: “I think if I look at a spider in a tank that’s fine, but if one is on a celebrity’s back after a Bushtucker Trial then I’m not going to like that.

“The eating trial, I could never do it, I would come out with zero stars and let everyone down.”

Holly will preparing for the show this week before her parents and her children Harry, nine, Belle, seven, and

Chester, four, arrive.

She said: “I’ve been a fan for so long. To actually be there for real and see how the whole set-up of camp works

– I think it’ll be really fun and exciting.”

Holly’s children are missing school and will have a tutor in Australia. But her husband Dan Baldwin, a top TV executive producer, has to stay at home to work and will only join her Down Under for five days.

Holly said: “It’s rubbish. If things went wrong between me and Dan it would be the end of my world.”

Dec’s wife Ali and baby daughter Isla are already in Australia with him. Contestants Harry Redknapp and Fleur East have also flown in for the show, which starts on Sunday at 9pm. Redknapp at airport Fleur arrives
