The union organiser has her mother’s suffragette spirit. Hamilton star Lin-Manuel Miranda, 38, is the lamplighter who was chimney sweep Bert’s apprentice.

Meryl Streep, 69, plays the owner of a trinket shop where everything turns upside down once a week. She raps her song Turning Turtle upside down from a chandelier. Colin Firth, 58, is the new president of Fidelity Fiduciary Bank, previously overseen by Mr Dawes Sr.
Dame Julie Walters, 68, appears as the Banks’ longsuffering housekeeper. Dame Angela Lansbury, 93, takes on the role from the PL Travers books. Nods to the original
