INTERVIEW Pirro & Trump With James Argent GEMMA Collins has said she is postponing having children until she is 40 and can give it “110%”.

The Dancing On Ice star, 37, is putting her all into training for the ITV series – and says even after that her career comes first in the short term.

Gemma, whose boyfriend is fellow TOWIE star James Argent, performed in week one and did not skate last night, when Mark Little was sent packing.

Little, who played Joe Mangel in Neighbours, was kicked off along with partner Brianne Delcour after failing to impress the judges in a skate-off with Ryan Sidebottom and Brandee Malto.

Gemma, who dances again on Sunday, said: “I’m not having a baby until I’m 40. I’m not broody. I have got so much on work-wise. If I was to have a baby, I would want to give it 110%. I wouldn’t want anyone else looking after my baby, I wouldn’t leave it with anyone. My baby would come with me to work, to photo shoots, everywhere. I will be the ultimate full-on, hands-on mum.” Gemma, who is skating with pro partner Matt Evers, says it is helping her get fitter.

She said: “I’ve definitely lost weight off my legs. It’s two hours’ training a day, so it’s very intense. Am I in it to win it? I’ll definitely be in the top three!” Brian McFadden injured his shoulder in rehearsals but pushed through the pain barrier last night. The former Westlife star, 38, and partner Alex Murphy skated to the boyband’s cover of Mandy and managed several lifts. Brian joked: “I can go to the bar now! It is tough with my shoulder but it is still there.” Mark Little On the ice with Matt Evers Tell us what you think: yourvoice@mirror.co.uk
