MPs braced for ex-PM’s revelations
BOOK David Cameron THE bombshell memoirs of David Cameron are set to hit the shelves at the same time as the Tory’s party conference.
Ministers and party officials will be bracing themselves for the revelations of the former PM at the Manchester gathering in September.
Cameron, who quit as PM in July 2016 after the Brexit vote, signed an £800,000 deal with publishers William Collins three months later.
He has now finally finished the book after battling writer’s block.
It promises a “frank and personal account” of his time in power.

Kitty Harris, 19, said at auditions in Manchester: “I’m sort of doing this for me but half for my dad too. He heard me sing but always used to tell me to shut up.
“This is something I want to do for him, to be able to perform on stage like he did.”
She broke down as she sang With You from the film Ghost as Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon also cried.
Afterwards Simon Cowell said: “Well that takes guts. As a tribute to your dad you couldn’t have picked a better song. I could hear you choking up.”
Amanda said: “So many people sing but they stand there and don’t think about or feel what they’re singing. You felt every single word and because of that I think it was a very special audition. It was real and authentic.”
Keith, who died in 2015 aged 67, was a huge star with his duck Orville. Kitty said last year: “Before I go out on stage, I say in my head, ‘You go, Dad, I’m doing it for you.’”
