Pension law prison threat
BOSSES carelessly abusing staff pension funds may face seven years’ jail or unlimited fines.
Work Secretary Amber Rudd will today unveil laws to tackle “wilful or reckless behaviour”.
She will say: “For too long the reckless few playing fast and loose with people’s futures have got away scot-free.”
Ms Rudd will also say it cannot be right that workers who have saved for retirement fall victim to such arrogant bosses.
