STEVE BRUCE has been hit by an injury crisis which he fears could wreck Sheffield Wednesday’s promotion push.

The Owls have 10 stars on the treatment table after Steven Fletcher (groin) and Sam Hutchinson (hamstring) hobbled off during Saturday’s 4-2 win over Blackburn.

Bruce, whose side are unbeaten in 10 games since his appointment in February, said: “We have so many injuries it’s scary.
