Reagan girl: Trump would horrify him
Dachshund stuck down rabbit hole for 5 days is sniffed out by his sis
BLAST Author Patti Davis RONALD Reagan’s daughter has said he would be “horrified” and “heartbroken” to see the state of America under Donald Trump.
Patti Davis also warned the President is endangering democracy – and blasted her late father’s Republican Party for failing to stand up to him.
The author and former actress, 66, said: “I think he would be horrified. I think he would be heartbroken because he loved this country and believed in it.”
On Trump, she said: “If you stir up fear in people, you weaken them. If you divide people, you weaken them. Everything [Trump] says is divisive.”
Reagan was president from 1981 to 1989 and died in 2004, aged 93.
IRalph looks sheepish after being found in the rabbit hole A LITTLE dog trapped down a rabbit hole for five days was finally found alive by his sister.
Wire-haired dachshund Ralph disappeared while owner Sarah Mclellan, 33, was out walking him near their home last Thursday.
She feared the beloved five-yearold might have drowned but he was finally sniffed out in a maze of rabbit runs by sister Edie.
Sarah said: “She started whimpering and scratching, and pointing to the hole.”
The mum, of Haworth, West Yorkshire, “I posted on Facebook groups and then on Saturday night a lady took it upon herself to start up a website for him.
“It’s all volunteers and they were going out looking for him all day on Sunday – it was lovely.”
Edie finally found Ralph trapped 5ft underground while out for a walk on Monday. It took rescuers two hours to free the pooch but he had no serious injuries.
Sarah said: “The rabbit holes are like mazes and he must have gone through one hole and got stuck.
“It was such a drama and I was still in shock when I saw him. I was up till 1am just cuddling him.”
