RAFA BENITEZ insists Ayoze Perez won’t walk out on Newcastle.
The striker has notched 42 goals for the Geordies since signing for a bargain £1.5million five years ago.
Perez has dropped a strong hint that he could seek a fresh start in La Liga this summer.
