‘JUNINHO CAN KEEP HITTING BAC OF NET’

GAME-CHANGER Juninho Bacuna has had his ups and downs – but right now he is on a high.

The ‘Flying Dutchman’ scored a vital equaliser to keep the Huddersfield revival going and he could easily have had more goals.

It was the third game in a row that the midfielder (celebrating his goal, above) has scored after coming on as a sub.

And Terriers keeper Kamil Grabara thinks his team-mate is “a massive influence on the side”.

He said: “He’s had his tough times, but he’s now outstanding.

“Juninho does something that is huge for us, with his three goals in three matches, and all from the subs’ bench.

“This result gives us four games unbeaten after our horrible start to the season. These small steps forward make a huge difference. We are under way. We now have two games at home and will be looking to get six points.”

Huddersfield striker Karlan Grant fired home an early penalty following Elliott Bennett’s foul on Adama Diakhaby.

But Blackburn new-boy Lewis Holtby celebrated his first start with a fine leveller and also played his part as Bradley Dack put Rovers in front.

Then Bacuna arrived from the bench to electrify Town’s display, topped by his equaliser.

But in a first half dominated by Blackburn, it was former Spurs winger Holtby – signed on a free from Hamburg – who excelled.

And Dack said: “He’s been brilliant since he came here. He’s played for Germany, Tottenham and Fulham and you can see his technical ability. He finds the right pass more times than not.” BLACKBURN:
