ROMELU LUKAKU struck twice in Inter Milan’s 4-3 win at Sassuolo that moved Antonio Conte’s side to within a point of Serie A leaders Juventus.

The striker (scoring his second, above) has now struck five goals in eight league games since his £75million move from Manchester United.

He said: “I’m feeling good but need to work even harder to help out the team for the entirety of matches.

“Now, I’ll only think about improving still further.”

Claudio Ranieri’s first game in charge of Sampdoria ended in a scoreless draw with Roma.

Jadon Sancho was left out Borussia Dortmund’s squad for Saturday’s 1-0 defeat of Borussia Moenchengladbach after returning late from international duty.

Antoine Griezmann admitted he is still working to build his understanding with Barcelona team-mates Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi.

The Catalans’ 3-0 win at Elbar followed by a shock 1-0 defeat for Real Madrid defeat at Mallorca left them top of La Liga.

Griezmann said: “There are better days and worse days. I have just got here, and I have to get used to things. I have to understand more, and that will come with minutes and games.”

Campbell Gregory

STOKE striker Tyrese Campbell would love to have a career like his father’s.

The teenager scored his first league goal for the Potters in their first home league win for nearly eight months, which lifted them off the bottom of the Championship.

The 19-year-old, son of former Arsenal and Everton forward Kevin (right), said:

“I know my dad watched my goal. I want to crack on from here and hopefully more now.

“I’ve been coming off the bench, but that’s massive for my confidence.

“I’m always confident when I get a chance that I can score. I won’t turn down a shot. From when I was young it’s always been a big part of me, shooting from wherever I am.”

“It’s a massive win for us. Everybody has been pushing for it and working hard all season.

“We were resilient, we fought hard and stuck to the game plan. We did everything perfectly.

“It’s not quite been falling for us, but now we’ve beaten Swansea and Fulham. We’ve had our luck and we’ve won, I thought we deserved the win in the end.”

Campbell put the Potters ahead with a cool finish in get the 16th minute. His strike partner Lee Gregory scored late on from the penalty spot after substitute Scott Hogan was hauled down by Fulham keeper Marcus Bettinelli.

Gregory, 31, had provided the assist for the opener and Campbell added: “It’s great playing with Gregs.

“He’s been around a long time and he’s got a lot of experience, so to have someone next to me like him who can help me and support me is great. I couldn’t ask for more really. “We work hard in training together on different things. He does the dirty work and I do the running.

“It’s a good partnership, I really enjoy it.” It was the Potters’ first back-to-back victories for a year and ended Fulham’s six-match unbeaten run.

Cottagers boss Scott Parker admitted: “The international break probably came at the wrong time for us.

“We were six games unbeaten and the break has stalled that momentum.

“We’ll dust ourselves down. How we bounce back from this will ultimately determine how we do this year.”
