More open, honest chat in camp, just about justifying her £500,000 fee.

Frustrated in his trial but fun to watch. Would be duller without him.

Good shower chat with the girls. Could still clean up…

Remains favourite to win – perhaps he will celebrate by buying a decent car.

Past the worst of her time in camp and will surely stay till the end.

Radio DJ becoming a hit with fans and stepping out of his parents’ shadow.

ANDY Whyment was always destined for stardom, according to his parents.

The Corrie actor, 38, has two star-shaped scars on his chest having had surgery for a collapsed lung shortly after birth.

Andy is bookies’ favourite to win the ITV show. Comedian Andrew Maxwell last night became the second campmate to be voted out.

Whyment’s mum, Jackie, said: “He had two tubes put in his chest whilst on a ventilator. They left scars in the shape of two stars. Fred [his dad] said he was going to be a star. We were advised to get a priest, but he fought.

“We knew then he was here for a purpose. He was in the special care unit for six weeks.”

Andy, born in Salford in 1981, was expected to have issues growing up but “developed very fast”. The star, right

– who has kids Thomas, 11, and Hollie, nine, with wife Nichola – now helps children’s charities.

And Andy, who plays Kirk Sutherland, said: “They read me the last rites.

They didn’t think I was going to live. If I’d been born 10 years earlier I wouldn’t have stood a chance because they wouldn’t have had the medical equipment.” Speaking to the Coronation Street fan page, his dad, Fred, told how his talent showed from a young age. He said: “When he was at nursery and infants he stood out in school plays – you could hear him singing above everyone else.”

HEAVY storms in the jungle meant the celebs had to be evacuated from the main camp. Torrential rain lashing down throughout the weekend led to filming chaos in Australia. The Dingo Dollar Challenge, featuring Andrew and Caitlyn, inset, was called off and campmates were told to shelter in the leader’s log cabin. A show source said: “The weather was even worse where they were playing the game, with big hailstones as well as rain. In camp, rain was lashing down and there were strong winds so bosses had to monitor things closely. The edit of the show had to change too.”
