ASDA has cut petrol prices for the second time in a week, with unleaded down 2p to 118.7p, and diesel falling 4p to 120.7p.

Morrisons will follow with its own cuts today, and Sainsbury’s tomorrow.

Asda had already cut petrol by 3p last week.

Trump shuns Pelosi

“manifesto of mistruths” should be a “call to action for everyone who expects truth from the president and policies worthy of his office and American people”.

Senator Mitt Romney broke Republican ranks last night by voting to convict Mr Trump in his impeachment trial over his dealings with Ukraine.

The Utah senator said he was “guilty of an appalling abuse of public trust” but it did not stop the Senate voting 52-48 in favour of acquitting him of abuse of power and 53-47 of obstructing congress.
