PUNK legend John Lydon has told how he is now full-time carer for his wife Nora as she struggles with the debilitating effects of dementia.

LOOSE Women panellist Nadia Sawalha has revealed she would have had plastic surgery if it wasn’t for her children.
The 55-year-old mum of two said ageing is “horrible” but she is trying to teach daughters Maddie 17, and Kiki, 12, to be body positive. She said: “Ageing definitely isn’t fun and if I hadn’t become a mother I would have had some work done.
“I’m not going to pretty it up – the physical signs of getting older are horrible. I did a video on Instagram last year about my cellulite as I didn’t want to ever be embarrassed by it again. I’d love a necklift or a facelift. I have no personal moral code when it comes to that, but how could I when it’s contradictory to what I’m teaching my daughters about body confidence?
