Let’s Hend this loan nonsense.. now
ON the same day American promoter Bob Arum was saying that while himself and Tyson Fury “love”, “admire”, and “respect” Daniel Kinahan, they were severing their connections with the controversial Irishman, Fury was posting a message on Instagram.
Beneath photos of himself and Kinahan, it read: “Dan for PM.”
As compelling a figure as Fury might be, if you start at the not-believing-a-word-he-says point, you will probably not go far wrong.
SHEFFIELD UNITED’S next Premier League fixture is hosting Tottenham Hotspur and they might fare better than they did at Old Trafford.
Mainly because their most important player, Manchester
United’s Dean Henderson (below), will be back to strengthen the line-up. Henderson was forced to make way to make it easier for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side to beat the Blades 3-0. He will return, however, to make
Jose Mourinho’s task that little bit harder.
While only a point separates Spurs from Sheffield United, Solskjaer considers Tottenham more of a threat, so he will be happy to see his keeper turn out for the Blades again.
The Premier League loan system. Diseased.
ANOTHER sportsman defining irony? Bubba Watson saying being drawn to play with some “guys” is like “a two-shot penalty”.
This is the same Bubba Watson
(right) who was once voted the least popular player on the PGA
Tour by his fellow professionals and is renowned for giving his caddie a torrid time.
Watson added: “Maybe other players say the same about me, too.”
There is no “maybe” about it, Bubba.
