Pointless Celebrities regularly cheat, host Osman says

RICHARD Osman has revealed blatant cheating is “non stop” on Pointless Celebrities.

The presenter, 49, says celebs are always whispering the answer to their partners on the BBC show.

Osman told Richard Herring’s

Leicester Square Theatre Podcast: “It’s non stop, most of the time.

“I remember someone – we had a golf question. I can’t remember who it was. Someone who had said, ‘I know nothing at all about golf’.

“So you’re like, ‘Okay, well we’re going to need something’. And almost always you can hear – they’re miked up – and I didn’t hear. But she says, ‘Oh I’ve just thought of someone - Phil Mickleson’.

“And I said: ‘Can I just say one thing? Firstly, if you know nothing about golf then that is an unusual answer. But, secondly, Phil Mickleson is exactly the answer that someone would give if someone else had just whispered Phil Mickleson – the correct answer – into their ear’. I mean come on.”
