Apply to our £100,000 fund
WE want to hear about brilliant projects in your community and how they might use funding to help them thrive again.
We’re giving away £100,000 as a helping hand in conjunction with the Pride of Britain fund, with 50 projects to receive £1,000 and 20 to get £2,500.
Visit mirror.co.uk/ communityprojects to nominate or apply. Select which fund you are applying for and give information about how the funding will be used.
Funds will be granted to projects that judges feel have had a tangible and positive impact on the needs of the local community during these difficult times. Think small projects with a big heart that have had a huge impact. Don’t miss out. Apply today. ■ You have until Friday July 31, 2020 to nominate/put forward your own project.
■ Once you have submitted your application, our team may be in touch with you to speak to you further about your community project and we may feature your application as part of our editorial on the Helping Hand Community initiative in the Daily Mirror and Sunday Mirror. ■ By submitting your application, you give us permission to feature your project for these purposes (including publishing any pictures provided by you – please make sure you have consent of anyone featured in those pictures). ■ Please note that if your project is featured it is not guaranteed that it will receive the funds. ■ All applications will go through a shortlisting and judging process after applications close on Friday, July 31, 2020.
