Lampard has ‘lost interest in her looks’

STILL SMILING Christine

CHRISTINE Lampard says she cares less how she looks since lockdown because TV viewers have much more important concerns on their minds.

The presenter and new mum, who starts a threeweek stint filling in for Lorraine Kelly from today, says she has not set foot in a salon for months.

She said she “gets rid of ” occasional grey hairs and added: “It doesn’t really matter any more, does it?”

Christine, 41, said of finally being able to see her family in Northern Ireland: “It was emotional.”

She has stayed in touch with pal Kate Garraway, whose husband is in hospital with Covid-19, and added that her hubby Frank, manager of Chelsea, was being tested for the coronavirus twice weekly.

EE CUMMINGS IN HIS POEM READ DURING FRIDAY’S CEREMONY

SNAPPY couple Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi beam in two more touching images from their wedding released by the Palace.

Edoardo, 37, also paid tribute to his bride, 31, yesterday by posting EE Cummings’ poem I Carry Your Heart With Me (I Carry It In) – which was read out during Friday’s surprise ceremony.

Buckingham Palace said they were “touched by the warm wishes” for their big day, organised after the pandemic scuppered plans for May.

Meanwhile, Beatrice’s dad Prince Andrew remained absent from official shots. He is keeping a low profile amid the ongoing row over his links to late paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

I carry your heart with me (I carry it in my heart)

I am never without it
