- BY DAVE ARMITAGE NOT THIS BY JOHN CROSS

SLAVEN BILIC wants a champagne celebration as the perfect cure to Saturday morning’s horrific promotion hangover.

The West Brom boss hopes his players party into the night clutching their ticket back into the Premier League big time.

The Baggies have been in the the top two nearly all season, but defeat to Huddersfield last Friday night suddenly handed Brentford the chance to nick second spot.

Bilic (above) admits his men felt dreadful until Stoke beat the Bees the next day to hand back the initiative. Victory over QPR would seal Albion’s return.

He said: “It’s not a case of have we learned our lesson, but Friday night and Saturday morning... we don’t want to feel like that again.

“For most of the season, we have been top two and there’s a reason for that. It’s because we are good. Friday night, we felt terrible – for the first time it could be out of our hands. Now we’re 90 minutes from the thing we have been living for the whole season.

“Forget Friday. It’s Wednesday night, at home, our own turf. Everything is there. Let’s finish the job.”

Mark Warburton insists his only focus is on QPR, even though he can have a major say on whether former club Brentford go up. The

Hoops boss said: “I know what’s at stake. But, at the end of the day, you’ve got to be professional and QPR must go out to win a game of football.

“Simple as that.”

SAID BENRAHMA is being watched by Premier League clubs – but is determined to reach the top flight with Brentford today.

The Bees need at least a point against Barnsley and must hope West Brom slip up at home to QPR.

Benrahma (above), who aims to add to his 17 league goals, said: “It’s always been a target of mine to play in the Premier League and I really wish to play there with Brentford.”

Barnsley boss Gerhard Struber is set to pledge his future to the club even if they go down. The Tykes must beat Brentford and hope other results go their way. Struber said: “Our fans and the incredible backing they give, I get goosebumps thinking about it.”
