Fury over barking dog and rubbish at her rented house
KATIE Price is at war with her new neighbours and landlord, after they accused her of causing chaos in a village where she is renting a £1.2million home.
The ex-glamour model, 42, moved into the £4,250-a-month five-bedroom house just before lockdown began, while her unkempt mansion is being renovated.
Locals have complained, claiming her dog Blade barks non-stop and is left outside alone at all hours and piles of rubbish are rotting in the garden. A skip sits on the drive.
The mum-of-five – laid up with two broken feet – is also believed to have argued with her landlord over moving Dreamboys stripper Al Warrell, 23, into the house, despite lodgers being barred.
A source said the landlord was particularly concerned about the possibility of “immoral” activity after seeing reports that Al may be filming adult content for his Only Fans account.
The source said of Katie’s rows with her neighbours in Ashtead, Surrey: “There’ve been many complaints over the noise the dog makes.
“It barks all day long and is just left there outside.
“A neighbour wrote Katie a letter asking her to please bring the dog inside and saying she’d been asked to do it on several occasions.
“But Katie drew a middle finger on the letter and posted it back to the neighbour. She clearly thinks it’s funny and isn’t taking this seriously. Neighbours are also unhappy about the rubbish that is constantly piled up in her garden. As soon as everyone heard she was moving in they knew there’d be trouble. This is driving everyone crazy but she doesn’t care. She has absolutely no respect for other people.”
A delivery driver claims Katie’s guard dog alsatian bit him as he dropped a parcel at the house, which has its own gym and cinema room.
The unnamed driver told us: “Katie opened the gates without coming out. They’re electric I think. I went to walk on to the driveway but before I could the dog just bit my hand.

but you don’t expect that. She didn’t realise he’d done it and then she told me he doesn’t bite. I couldn’t believe it.”
Katie earned notoriety for the state of her own house in West Sussex – dubbed “mucky mansion” after pictures of the grounds were released and the mess inside was seen on her reality show My Crazy Life and her YouTube channel.
Her publicist last night said Blade was a personal protection guard dog, trained to bark on intrusion or imminent danger.
She added: “This situation has been brought to Katie’s attention and is being dealt with.” She did not comment on the row with the landlord, the rubbish or the rude letter posted to her neighbour.
