Former model accuses US President of assault at sports event in 1997
A FORMER model says Donald Trump sexually assaulted her at the US Open tennis tournament.
Amy Dorris claims Trump groped her outside the bathroom of his VIP box at the New York tournament in 1997.
Amy, who was 24 at the time, said: “He just shoved his tongue down my throat, and I was pushing him off.
“And then that’s when his grip became tighter, and his hands were very gropey and all over my butt, my breasts, my back, everything. I was in his grip, and I couldn’t get out of it.
Ms Dorris, now 48, says she told him “no, please stop” but that “he didn’t care”. She also says she might have hurt Trump’s tongue with her teeth.
Ms Dorris’s mum and friends say she told them of the incident at the time.
She still has her tournament ticket and photos showing her with the President over several days in New York.
In her account to the Guardian, Ms Dorris said she was at the tournament with then-boyfriend Jason Binn, who at the time called Trump his “best friend”.

Trump, who was married to his second wife Marla Maples in 1997, vehemently denies the allegations. His lawyers say he never harassed, abused or behaved improperly toward Ms Dorris. Mr Binn did not respond to requests for comment but Trump’s legal team say Mr Binn told them he did not remember Ms Dorris telling him about anything improper. The mother of two said she considered coming forward with the allegations during Trump’s run for the White House in 2016, when numerous other women accused the Republican nominee of sexual assault.
She said she decided against it to protect her family but added: “Now I feel like my girls are about to turn 13... I want them to know that you don’t let anybody do anything to you that you don’t want. I’d rather be a role model. “I want them to see that I didn’t stay quiet, that I stood up to somebody who did something... unacceptable.” More than 20 women have come forward to accuse Trump of sexual assault, all of which he denies.
He was famously caught on tape in 2005 boasting about being able to “grab” women “by the p***y”.
Earlier this year, lawyers for a woman who accuses him of raping her in the 1990s asked for a DNA sample so a dress she wore can be tested. Advice columnist E Jean Carroll’s attorneys believe the garment may have his DNA on it.
Last month, a New York State Supreme Court judge denied the President’s effort to delay proceedings of a defamation lawsuit filed against him by Carroll.
