Below my boots I could see

-

AN exclusive extract from Limitless by Tim Peake: I pushed myself down the airlock feet first and slid into space.

Our commander Scott Kelly came on the radio: “Tim, it’s really cool to see that Union Jack go outside. It’s explored all over the world. And now it’s explored space.” It was an extremely proud moment for me. I started to get the feel of how the suit moved, which was quite different from training in the pool. In space you moved much more quickly – momentum which was far harder to stop. It was liberating and a cautionary tale.

We couldn’t begin our work on the solar panels until there was no residual sunlight, in case of electric shock. So we had the extraordinary luxury of just hanging out in space. Attached by a short tether I pushed off and allowed myself to float. They were the most incredible few minutes.

What surprised me most was just how incredibly serene I felt. I was weightless. To my left was the Space Station. Down below me, gradually g And over m I was awa Part of m This is so fa were intend

“It has helped me a great deal. Before using Aerosure I was unable to walk 200 yards without getting out of breath and now I can on a daily basis”

“It has lifted the build-up off my chest. I managed to hoover my living room, sofa and chairs today without gasping for breath.”

“I suffer from COPD and this has helped me no end. I use it in the morning & evening. It took about 3 days for me to start seeing the benefits.”

“If I wake coughing in the night a few minutes (of Aerosure) soon stops it! I get short of breath - found this helped a lot.”
