BY POST: 1. Send a cheque for £1.40 made payable to PROMOTIONAL OFFERS with the subject title ‘C ‘Christmas Puzzles’ to PO Box 5000, Alton, H Hants GU34 9BX. 2. Inside the envelope you must in include the order form with your name and postal a address in order for your request to be processed.
