NOW I’M HOPING 2 BUSES COME ALONG AT ONCE

-

Dear Biz

You featured my children’s book, Callum The Clashfearn Bus – inspired by the birth of my twin grandchildren – just as I got it published last year.

Firstly, I wanted to thank you for your early support and advice.

And I thought you might like to hear how things are going.

The book is doing really well. I have sold 1,000 or so copies, and it’s continuing to be sold via Amazon and in selected bookstores.

Callum, the elderly and lovable rascal bus and his adventures, is proving popular with young audiences. Feedback has revealed that copies of the book have made their way throughout the UK and to France, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

I’m now working on the next book in the Callum series, where he meets Dai the Decker, who has driven from Wales to join him.

I’m hoping to get the second book on sale early-middle of next year and still hope to achieve my target of a series of books ready for when the twins start school.

Thanks again for your support of my dream to become a children’s author.

So lovely to hear from you again, Euan, and we are delighted you have got your book out there and it is selling.

Now is an ideal time to be pushing your book as it would make an ideal stocking filler.

Newspapers, radio, TV, online bloggers and publications are all putting out Christmas present guides, so do get in touch with them to let them know about your book for the chance of being included in their round-ups.

Keep up the excellent work and we look forward to hearing from you when you get your second book published.
