We need to grow up as a country, and throw off the Disney wealthfare misfits thinking they’re better than the rest of us. It’s time to embrace fairness, decency and democracy by ditching a shameful hereditary monarchy so that granny becomes Elizabeth the Last. The pricy posh soap opera is rather embarrassing and has gone well past its sell-by date. As a committed republican I would like to take this opportunity to recognise everything Harry, Meghan and, above all, Andrew do for my cause by exposing from within the lunacy of us still having to pay for a royal family.
