This meal wasn’t on Danny’s bucket list
DANNY Miller and Snoochie Shy made a real meal of their grub – retching, screaming and crying over treats such as a bull’s penis, a cow’s anus and a goat’s testicle.
Hosts Ant and Dec laughed as the pair challenged each other over the stomachchurning five-course meal in The Castle’s Dreaded Diner trial.
Danny even threw up but carried on to win the challenge and a meal for campmates in The Clink.
The Emmerdale star, 30, and DJ Snoochie, 29, both finished five courses. Danny had cow’s teats, pig’s brain, fermented catfish, goat’s testicle and bull’s penis. Snoochie dined on sheep’s feet, fermented duck egg, a cow’s nose, raw fish eye with vomit fruit and cow’s anus.
As a tiebreak they had to down a milkshake of blended fermented tofu. Danny was the fastest.
Snoochie, 29, said: “I’ve had a good time, but I can’t lie, I’ve had better. I’m happy for Danny though, it means The Clink will eat, they need food.” Danny grinned: “I can’t wait to tell everyone they’re going to be eating tonight because this smile on my face will be there all night. ”
Danny’s fiancee Steph Jones was shocked by his win because she said he has a bad gag reflex and even retched when eating battered squid and over one of their baby son’s nappies.
She said she thinks he will cry when he gets a letter from home in the camp. “He’s not afraid to show emotion. You’ll definitely see some tears. He’s a big softie. He’s lovely.”
Danny’s joy at winning the trial was shortlived as The Clink won fish for dinner and he doesn’t like fish.

Arlene has previously told how she signed up as part of her bid to experiMeanwhile, ence as many new things as possible later in life. She said: “I thought, firstly, I very much want to do lots of different things before I die. And often, it’s things that are out of my comfort zone.
“I’ve done a lot of things that I never thought I could do or would do. And who knows what’s going to happen?” Arlene has banned herself from cooking on the show in a letter she wrote to her “future self ” in which she also described wanting to show viewers her softer side.
She wrote: “Don’t cook! Just offer to clean up and wash up as food is precious and you would probably burn it. Spread all the love you have inside knowing that this will make your family proud by allowing people to know who you really are. Be as brave as you can, but patient and kind with others, so if you need help you won’t be afraid to ask. Finally just do your best, whatever that may be.”
Arlene first found fame as director and choreographer of British dance troupe Hot Gossip in the 1970s.
She went on to choreograph top West Ends shows, including Starlight Express and The Sound of Music, before casting judgment on the efforts of Strictly contestants from 2004 to 2008.
I’m A Celeb’s launch show on Sunday had a peak audience of just over 9million and an average of 8million, around 3million down on last year.
