Stars line up to join Princess

-

IF you’ve still to pick a summer holiday for this year, then booking a break with Princess Cruises could be the crowning glory.

The popular cruise line have unveiled an impressive list of celebrity guest speakers who will appear on their Crown Princess ship as part of the Encounters with Discovery series.

It’s the first time the firm have run a programme like this on board.

With a host of famous names from sport, entertainment and politics, the speaker series will feature on sevennight and 14-night sailings from Southampton between April and September this year.

Some famous faces you can expect to see include former football boss Harry Redknapp, snooker star and commentator John Virgo, Benidorm and Corrie actress Sherrie Hewson, Princess Diana’s butler Paul Burrell, and novelist and former MP Edwina Currie.

During their cruise on the stunning Crown Princess, guests can attend 45-minute question and answer sessions with the celebrities.

There will also be the opportunity to enjoy meet and greet sessions, book signings and photographs.

As part of the entertainment on board Princess Cruises, guests can put themselves in the limelight in The Voice of the Ocean, a singing competition based on TV show The Voice.

Some of the speakers will appear as judges for the competition so if you’re booking a cruise, you might want to start warming up those vocal chords now.

These exciting opportunities are not to be missed but you’ll have to move fast as demand is high for the Crown Princess sailings.

And no wonder given the facilities on the ship. It is one of the largest in the fabulous Princess fleet, catering for more than 3000 passengers.

The ship boasts wonderful dining options and you can even enjoy first-run films with their Movies under the Stars.
