Djokovic elbowed right out of Miami
TENNIS star Novak Djokovic has withdrawn from the Miami Open through injury.
The defending champion has an elbow problem similar to the one that has seen Andy Murray ruled out of the same event this week.
Djokovic said: “My doctor has strongly advised against playing because my right elbow injury, that I keep carrying on for months, got worse in the past week.”
The Serb’s decision means Murray’s lead as world No.1 will stretch to 4000 points.
