£30bn taste for success

A DRIVE to double the turnover of Scotland’s food and drink industry to £30billion by 2030 was revealed yesterday.

The Ambition 2030 strategy aims to boost the farming, fishing, food and drink sectors to make them “Scotland’s most valuable industry”.

Ex-politician killed

A former Russian politician who fled to Ukraine has been shot dead in Kiev. Denis Voronenkov claimed he had been persecuted by Russian security agencies.
