PETER HOUSTON has admitted Falkirk can forget all about winning the Championsh­ip title if Hibs beat them tomorrow.

The Bairns sit seven points adrift of the league leaders and know a victory at Easter Road could spark a late charge for top spot.

But having played a game more than their hosts and with only six matches left after this weekend, Housty admits a 10-point deficit would leave his side with too much ground to make up on the leaders.

With Morton on the same points as Falkirk and enjoying two games in hand on them even a draw may be of little use to the Bairns, who their manager insists will travel to the capital with victory in mind.

Houston said: “If we were to lose would that be too big a gap? Probably.

“So we’ll be as positive as we can and our away record is decent. We know we’re going to play against a really good side on their day – and I’ve seen them on their day be very good.

“So we have to go and be nice and solid and tight. But also I think the way to win games is to attack teams.
